Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM ORDERS
Designs with 1-3 colors in a single location: 24 piece minimum.
Designs with 4 colors in a single location: 36 piece minimum

REORDERS
Reorders are subject to minimum order requirements. If a reorder is made within 180 days of original order, customer will receive a screen set-up credit.

TURNAROUND TIME
Standard time is about 7-10 business days from the time of invoice, artwork approval and receipt of payment. If you have a deadline for your order, please mention the date when ordering. Turnaround time depends on customer needs and current production schedule. Orders are scheduled on first come first serve basis.
 This turnaround time is not guaranteed, Elevate Creation will not be responsible for missing deadlines because of weather conditions, power supply interruptions, vendor shortages and errors, shipping errors or “acts of God.” If we foresee any problems coming, we’ll be sure to let you know and work with you on a solution. Turnaround time does not include shipping time, keep this in mind when placing orders.

ARTWORK CREATION
All artwork created by Elevate Creation is the sole property of Elevate Creation. If you have us create artwork for you, you are paying for the labor and thought to produce the artwork, not the ownership and rights of the artwork. Rights to the artwork can be purchased in addition to the creation fees.

ARTWORK PREPARATION
Refer to our Artwork Guidelines before submitting artwork. Artwork not supplied in print ready form will be subject to our current design rate. This includes changes made to artwork that is not submitted within the required Artwork Guidelines. We will not be responsible for errors, misspelling or otherwise, in artwork that has been approved by the customer. All approved artwork files are kept on file for reorder purposes only. Films, screens, created and recreated artwork remain property of Elevate Creation and may be discarded without notice.

ARTWORK APPROVAL
All new artwork is approved via digital proofs sent to us by email at elevatecreation@gmail.com. Any changes needed to be made to artwork after mockup approval could increase turnaround time.

PRINT DIMENSIONS
Front: 11” x 16”
Back: 11” x 16”
Left Chest: 4” x 4”
Short Sleeve: 4” x 4”
Long Sleeve: 4“ x 14”

IMAGE SIZES
Image(s) will be sized to fit the smallest garment in the order. Different image sizes being printed on different shirt sizes will be treated as a new order and priced as a new order. Image size printed within 1.5 inches of any seam are subject to distortion, print inconsistencies and/or other small inconsistencies. These are all considered acceptable goods and we will not assume responsibility for print imperfections due to printing too close to seams.

SEAM, COLLAR & ZIPPER PRINTING
Any printing on or over any seems or zippers is subject to printing inconsistencies and/or distortion. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered misprints.

INK COLOR CHANGES
If an ink color change is required to complete an order there will be $15.00 fee per color per change. An example of this is if 12 white shirts require black ink and 12 black shirts require white ink, this color transition would be considered a color change.

OVERAGE AND UNDERAGE
Due to unpredictable and unpreventable circumstances in the production process, mistakes can be made. All orders are subject to a +/- 3% misprint ratio. While it is rare that misprints occur, it is common practice in the printing industry to maintain this policy.

GUARANTEE
Elevate Creation fully stands behind our work. If for any reason we made a mistake printing your order and it is not what was agreed upon and falls outside of these terms & conditions, we will gladly reprint your order within 7 business days. We do not offer refunds.

GARMENTS
Elevate Creation reserves the right to substitute garments of comparable brand and or/ color when customer’s request is unavailable. We do our best to provide an accurate inventory at the time requested but can not “hold” goods.

GARMENT SUBJECTIVITY
Elevate Creation will not be responsible for you not liking the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We do our very best to make sure you have selected a garment which is what you expect and matches your needs but we also expect you to do your own research before ordering. We will gladly help answer any questions about garments prior to ordering.

MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Elevate Creation is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, label inconsistencies and garment defects. We do our best to inspect the garments as they are printed but we can not guarantee each garment. We highly recommend ordering extra of each size.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend “machine wash cold, tumble dry low” with like colors. Do not iron decoration. All goods should be washed before wearing.

SHIPPING
Orders requiring shipping will be shipped using UPS or Fed-Ex unless a specific method is requested. We will send you a tracking number shortly after your order ships. Elevate Creation will not be responsible for shipping transit errors for any reason such as errors, weather, strikes or otherwise. Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times. Shipping expenses are your responsibility and will be added to your invoice unless otherwise agreed upon prior to your order. Shipping costs are not normally included in quotes. Elevate Creation assumes no responsibility for goods once they have left our shop.

PACKAGING All
All orders will be bulk packaged, generally folded by the dozen unless stated otherwise.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER
Please check your order and notify us of any problems within 72 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for error orders after 72 hours.

PAYMENT
All orders must have a 50% payment in order to be considered a submitted order and begin your turnaround. Accepted payment types include: cashiers check, money order, credit or debit card. All credit and debit transactions are processed using PayPal’s secure Online Invoicing service. A PayPal account is NOT required to pay the invoice. Payment of invoice will act as approval of invoice and artwork approval even when no other verbal or written approval has been given. The order balance is due to ship or deliver the order.

PRICING
Elevate Creation reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any previously quoted orders are still valid for their originally stated time.

QUOTES
Quotes are good for 30 days unless stated otherwise but are subject to seeing final artwork to confirm a quote.

CANCELLATIONS
Canceled orders prior to printing are subject to a 15% restocking fee (based on order value) plus any additional fees incurred. Orders can not be canceled after garments have been printed.

SOCIAL SHARING
We’re very excited about printing for you! With that said all production is subject to photography and /or video documentation and placement on social media sites such as elevatecreation.com, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. by Elevate Creation. It’s an awesome way for us to showcase our skills and send some fans your way. If you are not comfortable with us sharing please let us know when placing your order. If you do not notify us, we will assume we have your permission to share your finished product(s).

Elevate Creation reserves the right to refuse service without explanation. Elevate Creation reserves the right to change pricing and terms & conditions without notice.
